Overview
The Fizbo Ambassador Business 6-Month Money Back Guarantee allows founding members to try the Ambassador Business tier with confidence. If after 6 consecutive months of subscription you're not satisfied with the value Fizbo provides, you may request a refund of your subscription payments, minus any booking revenue you received through the Fizbo platform during your subscription period.
What's Covered
Monthly subscribers - refund of subscription payments made after the initial $99 setup fee, minus any booking revenue received through Fizbo
Annual subscribers - prorated refund based on remaining months after the 6-month minimum, minus any booking revenue received through Fizbo
Data retention - all your data remains accessible on the free tier after downgrade
Fast processing - refunds issued within 30 days of approved request
What's Not Covered
Booking revenue received - any payments you received from bookings through Fizbo are deducted from your refund amount
Initial $99 setup payment - this covers onboarding, account setup, and early access costs
Requests before 6 months - you must remain subscribed for 6 consecutive months before requesting a refund
Additional seat purchases - team seat add-ons ($50/seat/month) are not covered
Priority placement - you will lose your priority placement benefit upon refund
Chargebacks and disputes - filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first following this refund process forfeits the guarantee
Requests after 30 days - refund requests must be made within 30 days after completing your 6th billing cycle
How to Request a Refund

Complete 6 Months
You must remain an active Ambassador Business subscriber for 6 consecutive months before you can request a refund under this guarantee.

Contact Support Within 30 Days
Email support@fizbo.me with the subject line "Ambassador Guarantee Refund Request" within 30 days after completing your 6th billing cycle. Requests made after this 30-day window are not eligible for the guarantee.

Receive Your Refund
We'll process your refund within 30 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your account will be downgraded to the free tier, but all your data will remain accessible.
Examples
Monthly Subscriber (no bookings):
You sign up on January 5th, 2026 and pay the $99 initial fee. Your subscription starts February 1st at $99/month. After 6 months (July 31st), you've paid 6 monthly payments ($594 total). If you received no bookings through Fizbo and request a refund, you'll receive $594 back. The initial $99 setup fee is not refundable.
Monthly Subscriber (with bookings):
Same scenario: $594 in subscription payments over 6 months. If you received $300 in booking revenue through Fizbo during that time and request a refund, you'll receive $294 back ($594 - $300 = $294). The initial $99 setup fee is not refundable.
Annual Subscriber:
You sign up on January 5th, 2026 and pay the $99 initial fee plus $950 annual subscription. After 6 months, if you request a refund, you'll receive a prorated refund for the remaining 6 months of your annual plan (~$475), minus any booking revenue received through Fizbo. The initial $99 setup fee is not refundable.
Additional Terms
Booking revenue deduction: Your refund amount is reduced by any booking revenue you received through the Fizbo platform during your subscription period. For example, if you paid $500 in subscriptions and received $300 in bookings, your refund would be $200.
One refund per customer: The guarantee can only be used once per person or business.
6-month minimum: You must remain subscribed for 6 consecutive months before requesting a refund. Cancelling before 6 months forfeits the guarantee.
Account downgrade: Requesting a refund will cancel your Ambassador Business subscription. Your account will be downgraded to the free tier, but all your data will remain accessible.
Priority placement: You will permanently lose your priority placement benefit upon receiving a refund.
Gift subscriptions: Gifted subscriptions sent during your Ambassador membership are not affected by your refund.
Founding member rate: If you re-subscribe later, you will not be eligible for the founding member pricing or priority placement.
Base subscription only: Only the base Ambassador Business subscription is covered. Additional team seat purchases ($50/seat/month) are not refundable.
Non-transferable: Founding member benefits, pricing, and the money-back guarantee are non-transferable to other individuals or businesses.
One guarantee per customer: If you receive a refund and later re-subscribe (at standard rates), you are not eligible for a second money-back guarantee.
30-day request window: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after completing your 6th consecutive billing cycle. Requests received after this window are not eligible.
