By accessing or using Fizbo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Fizbo is currently in public beta. By using the Platform during this period, you acknowledge and accept the following additional terms:
Fizbo is being built in public. Features are actively developed, tested, and refined based on user feedback. The Platform is provided "as-is" and "as-available" during this period.
During the beta period, Fizbo is not liable for: data loss or corruption, business impact or lost opportunities, service interruptions, feature changes or removals, issues with third-party integrations, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of critical data.
We maintain backups on a best-effort basis but cannot guarantee data recovery. Upon account cancellation, you may request a data export which will be provided within 30 days. Standard privacy practices apply during beta - see our Privacy Policy for details.
Fizbo is a real estate technology platform that connects homeowners, buyers, sellers, and service professionals. Our services include property management tools, scheduling systems, professional directories, and communication features designed to streamline real estate transactions and home ownership.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Property information on the Platform is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any property data. Users are responsible for verifying property information independently before making any decisions.
Fizbo provides a platform for connecting users with service professionals. We do not employ these professionals and are not responsible for the quality or outcome of their services. Users should independently verify credentials, licenses, and insurance of any professional they engage through the Platform.
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fizbo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fizbo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Fizbo in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
