What Qualifies for a Refund

  • New subscriptions - First-time subscribers to any paid plan (Starter or Pro)
  • Plan upgrades - When upgrading from Free to a paid plan
  • Annual subscriptions - Full refund within 14 days of purchase
  • PropDoctor add-ons - Separate subscriptions are eligible independently

Exclusions & Conditions

  • Requests after 14 days - Refunds are only available within the first 14 days of your subscription
  • Repeat refund requests - One refund per customer per subscription type
  • Abuse of the policy - We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of obvious abuse
  • Beta credits - Bonus credits granted during beta are not refundable but are removed upon refund

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Account reverted

Your account will be downgraded to the Free tier. You keep your data but lose access to paid features.

What Happens After a Refund

  • Your account remains active on the Free tier
  • All your data (properties, contacts, documents) is preserved
  • You lose access to paid features immediately
  • Any beta price lock is forfeited - if you resubscribe, current pricing applies
  • Bonus credits granted during beta are removed
